    Thiago is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur who turned over a decade of experience in the beverage, media, and consulting industries into a unique approach to connecting brands with people. His background blends marketing procurement and business management — from leading global negotiations that drove significant financial results to developing a Celebrity Tool that matches talent attributes with brand and consumer profiles. Today, as the founder of his own agency, he helps decode brand DNA and partners with creators to deliver work that feels authentic, intentional, and human.
